Elite Online Funerals Terms and Conditions
• Elite Online Funerals will confirm your wishes via phone prior to acting on your instructions.
• Arrangements will be made online and via phone.
• Day and time of funeral service will be set according to current funeral home schedule.
• Payment required in full prior to funeral service. EFT, Cash, Direct Deposit, all available free of additional fees and charges. Visa or Mastercard payments incur an additional 2% charge.
• If you would like your loved one to be dressed in their own clothing, we require that it be delivered to Elite Online Funerals within 24 hours of our confirmation phone call.
• Music to be provided by family if particular song request not available in our music library.
• Coffin will be in place at the crematorium chapel upon your arrival. If desired, family may provide 6 pallbearers to carry coffin into chapel prior to commencement of funeral service.
• 30 minutes use of Rookwood Crematorium chapel included in Online Funerals set price.
• All prices quoted include GST
